Information that Wholesaleshub May Collect.
As part of the Membership registration process (including free trials), you will be required to provide certain personal identifying and GST information with your Wholesaleshub account. For placing an order, Wholesaleshub requires your personal contact information including name, email address, delivery address, contact numbers; and personal billing information such as credit card or debit card details, GST no. and billing address.
Your personal information could be collected while you visit our platform, when you deal with us over the telephone, send us correspondence (could be by letter, fax or email), or when you have contact with us in person. No personal information will be collected by us without your consent. We consider that your consent is granted when you complete the fields necessary to facilitate a transaction through our platform.
We protect visitor information
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18. In order to subscribe to Wholesaleshub’s services, the member must be 18 with a valid proof.
Membership and billing-
I understand my Wholesale Membership will automatically renew monthly/yearly and I will be charged on a recurring basis. I understand that I can cancel at any time, but in order to avoid being charged for another billing cycle, I must cancel my membership subscription BEFORE I am billed for my next cycle, and that no refunds will be given for charges already billed.
Third party websites
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
Wholesaleshub reserves the right to modify and adjust product prices at any time and from time to time without notice or liability, including, without limitation, to correct pricing and typographical errors. You acknowledge that product prices fluctuate as a result of a Supplier pricing changes and that Wholesaleshub has no control over any Supplier’s pricing, shipping and handling charge policies, and other charges and fees, which may result in continual and unpredictable product price changes at any time.
Product Specifications and Descriptions
You acknowledge that all product specifications and descriptions are provided solely by Suppliers and that Wholesaleshub is not responsible for the accuracy of all such information provided by Suppliers. Wholesaleshub makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to accuracy of such information. In addition, due to size, volume of requests and resource constraints, “Data Exports” may not be current at all times and may be delayed or contain data that is older than what is displayed on Wholesaleshub’s platform.
Supplier products and manufacturer names are listed for identification purposes only and in no way represents an endorsement of the applicable Supplier by such manufacturer. It is your responsibility to ensure that a product’s information is correct, authentic and aligns with the manufacturer’s official description and specifications. You further agree to promptly report to Wholesaleshub any incorrect and/or fraudulent product listings and identify the allegedly incorrect or fraudulent elements of such listing.
When purchasing any product from a Supplier using the Services, you agree that you are responsible for reading the entire product listing and, by completing the product order process, entering into a binding contract to purchase such product from such Supplier. Wholesaleshub is not responsible for losses or damages you may incur as a result of erroneous or misplaced product orders or typographical errors connected to any purchase or shipping information that you provide via the Services. It is your sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of each product order, including the actual item, pricing, shipping and/or handling costs and any other applicable terms prior to submitting an order. The foregoing applies universally regardless of the method of order placement.
CHANGE OF MIND AND PURCHASES MADE IN ERROR
When accepted, refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the original purchase price. Refunds under this provision are provided only as a store credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable under this provision. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. The item must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition. Once the product is assembled or used a return will not be possible under this provision. The company provides a 7 day return window from date of delivery under this provision. Refunds are subject to the goods arriving back and being inspected by the Company. For public safety reasons no products intended for human consumption are included under this clause.
Shipping and Handling Charges
You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products. Once the order is confirmed and paid, same day or, the next day we initiate the order for dispatch process. However, the handling time for an order would be 2-3 working days.
ANY EXCESSIVE WEIGHTED ITEMS MAY REQUIRE A CUSTOM SHIPPING COST CALCULATION FROM WHOLESALESHUB. ON THESE SPACIAL CASES, THE ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE CUSTOM SHIPPING COST.
COD' (Cash on Delivery)
Means the cash payment made by the Customer for the purchase of the Shipments on the platform operated by the Merchant upon delivery of such Shipment/s.
Cash on Delivery Charges- ₹ 50 or 2% of the value, whichever is higher
Wholesaleshub is not responsible for any warranties for products purchased through the Services; please refer to the warranty terms and conditions provided by the applicable product manufacturers and their respective agents. All product issues, claims and questions concerning warranties should be submitted directly to the applicable manufacturer and/or, subject to these Terms, the Supplier through use of the tools provided in the Services. AS BETWEEN WHOLESALESHUB AND YOU, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WHOLESALESHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT THERETO, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the extent a product is a health-related device or nutritional supplement, all listing information contained on the product webpage, including information relating to medical and health conditions, products and treatments, provided by the manufacturer and/or Supplier for informational purposes only and is not meant to be (a) a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician or other medical professional or (b) be used for prescribing a medication or diagnosing a health problem. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or ailment.
Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized. Authorized returns will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Failure to request Return Authorization may result in the rejection of your return. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued as "Merchandise Credit" or "Account Credit" which can be used towards a future purchase, unless otherwise requested.
Refused orders will incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded on refused orders.
Orders returned to us by the carrier for insufficient address, incorrect address, inability to deliver, or for any other reason will incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded on orders returned by the carrier.
